Dark lesion on the neck.

Case 1 Pigmented lesion on the neck not noticed by the patient as different to his many seborrhoeic keratoses.





The dermatoscopy shows a seb k at one edge but the rest is a melanocytic lesion with lines radial peripheral and varying colours.

This was a level 4 1.5 mm thick melanoma.
